Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Hightrees Landscaping. By booking any service with us, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer lawn care, hedge trimming, garden maintenance, and other landscaping services as agreed prior to each job.
The exact scope of work will be confirmed before the service begins.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change if the scope of work changes or if additional work is requested.

  • Any price adjustments will be discussed and agreed before work continues.

3. Payments

  • Payments must be made on completion of the job, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.

  • We accept bank transfer and cash.

  • Late payments may result in a pause of future work until the balance is settled.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a small fee to cover lost time.

  • If we need to cancel due to weather, safety, or unexpected circumstances, we will rearrange the appointment as soon as possible.

5. Weather Conditions

Some services may be unsafe or ineffective in poor weather (e.g., heavy rain, storms, frozen ground).
We reserve the right to delay work until conditions are suitable.

6. Access to Property

You must ensure we have access to the garden or outdoor space at the agreed time.
If we arrive and cannot access the area, a call-out fee may apply.

7. Waste Removal

All standard garden waste will be removed unless otherwise agreed.
However, large volumes of waste or bulky items may require an additional fee.

8. Damage & Liability

We take great care when working on your property.
However:

  • We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by pre-existing issues or hidden hazards.

  • You must inform us of any underground cables, pipes, or sensitive areas before work begins.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the job.

  • Keep pets and children away from the work area for safety.

  • Ensure the work area is reasonably accessible.

10. Photos & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos of completed work for our portfolio or marketing, but only with your permission.
If you do not want photos taken, please let us know.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
